Shipping
Every ODDANA piece is 100% hand-stitched after your order is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be hand-stitched before shipping.
Orders over €350 receive complimentary shipping within the EU. For orders under €350, a flat rate of €15 applies.
All orders ship via tracked postal service from Slovenia. You'll receive tracking information once dispatched.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a protective dust bag. We use recyclable, minimal packaging — no unnecessary plastic.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each ODDANA piece is 100% hand-stitched and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
To initiate a return, email hello@oddana.eu with your order number and description of the issue.
Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke commissions are non-refundable once production begins. I provide progress photos throughout to ensure your vision is realized perfectly.
