These terms govern your use of ODDANA (oddana.eu) and any purchases made. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ODDANA is operated by Irena Plevnjak s.p., based in Slovenia, EU. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

All ODDANA products are 100% hand-stitched individually. Due to the artisan nature of each piece, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and are considered part of the product's unique character.

Product images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation constitutes acceptance and forms a binding contract.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud is suspected.

All prices on oddana.eu are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Import duties for non-EU deliveries are the buyer's responsibility.

ODDANA does not offer discount codes or promotional pricing. Our prices reflect the true value of 100% hand-stitched artisan work.

Each piece is hand-stitched after order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production. See Shipping & Returns for delivery estimates.

Orders over €350 receive complimentary EU shipping. A flat rate of €15 applies to orders under €350.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Bespoke commissions are discussed and agreed via email before production. Once production starts, commissions are non-refundable.

Progress photos are provided throughout to ensure satisfaction.
